What is it?

This one’s a ‘grower’ as the delicate aroma of rosehip and rose intertwine with the cool cucumber-like taste of starflower (borage). Sold in 330ml sleek aluminium cans.

A star in the making, Hipstar has an authentic back story. NATURAL extracts of borage, rose, cucumber, meadowsweet and rosehip combine with sparkling water to create a refreshing, delicate LOW SUGAR soda drink to be enjoyed chilled.

Garnish flamboyantly with Edible Flowers or seasonal fruits/herbs/edible flowers.

    This lightly sparkling soda (Hipstar) is, refreshingly, not too sweet. On the palate, there is the scented vanilla note of meadowsweet, plus a bit of cooling cucumber from the borage and acidity from the rosehips, all balanced to make an unusual, refreshing and gently perfumed drink.

    The Barbarilla Soda is lovely. As someone who doesn’t drink much, it’s nice to have such different options available that are not overly sweet but are full of flavour. I love Allotment’s dedication to using UK-grown produce and flavours - the herbiness and freshness of the drinks is just delicious.
